Lifetime warranty

We’re with you for the long haul – which is why we’re giving you lifetime warranty on all your Soul & Tables purchases. We use only the highest quality materials, but should there be any defects in your purchase, simply contact us and we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.

Free delivery and installation

Don’t sweat it. Our delivery team will have your Soul & Tables purchases to your doorstep within two weeks of purchase for all in-stock items. We’ll also throw in free assembly if required, with added cushion felts to protect your flooring.

Complimentary maintenance services

Need help bringing out the best in your furniture? We offer complimentary staining, varnishing, and servicing of discoloured or defective items, whenever you may need them, whether it’s the day of purchase or years down the road.

Our teak collection comes raw and natural, but if you want to have your items varnished, we offer a complimentary water-based topcoat treatment. We can also provide staining services to a darker American Walnut shade at no further charge.

And if you notice any marks or discolourations, or if a mechanism faults occur over time, we’ll be there to rectify the issue at no extra charge.

One-for-one furniture disposal

Let us help you move forward. One-for-one furniture disposal services are available upon request. Simply inform us prior to delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements for you, on the house.

One-month return policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We try our best to offer a good representation of our furniture on our website and in our showroom. However, in the event that your Soul & Tables purchase does not fit with your home interior, we are happy to take it back without any charge, up to one month after delivery.
