• There is no minimum order required to participate in this promotion. 

• To qualify for the 25% or 20% discount, the delivery of your order must be completed within one month from the date of purchase. 

• In the event that an item is not delivered within one month from the date of purchase, the special promotion associated with the purchase will be automatically removed and any discounts or offers provided during the promotion will no longer apply. The total order will be revised to reflect the regular price of the items.
  

• All discounted items, including those purchased with during this promotion, are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a major manufacturing defect. “Major manufacturing defect” refers to a flaw or fault in the product's construction or materials that significantly impact its functionality or usability.

• Our Lifetime Warranty and Maintenance services will continue to apply to eligible products. 

• The promotion does not apply to any products supplied by our partners (The Grey House and Mae Woven). These items will be sold at their regular prices.

• To confirm and process your order, full payment is required at the point of ordering. We accept payment only through bank transfer, and only upon receipt of payment will your order be confirmed and processed. The discount rate will be reduced by 3% for payments made by a credit card. 

• Once an order is placed during the Ramadan Sale promotion, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted. This term also applies for orders that have been reverted back to regular price due to delivery not being fulfilled within one month from the date of purchase.

• We kindly request customers to carefully review their chosen items, quantities, and delivery details before finalizing the purchase
